It's time for some fun! As a thank you to all my students as well as people that have volunteered at trials, donating their time, energy and costs for travel, etc., we are hosting a fun, low-cost practice trial. We will be raising money to support "Let's Eat", a program we have at this church.
Each level will have an Interior Search, a Container Search and 3 games. Don't panic, the games are simple and we will make sure they are fun for you and your dogs.
Sorry, payment and registration are separate. Beyond my abilities at this moment :)
Please enter ONLY one level for each dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs per person. This allows more people to play.

9:00 am Eager Beavers (Novice) $25
1 Interior, 1 Container search (boxes, no distractors), Xs and Os, Stick to It and Go Fish. Each area will have 1 hide, all Birch.
TBD Go Getters (Intermediate) $30
2 Interiors, 1 Container search (boxes/tins, possible distractors), Xs and Os, Stick to It and Go Fish. Each area will have 1-2 hides, known number of hides. Birch and/or Anise.
TBD Super Sniffers (Advanced) $35
3 Interiors, 1 Container search (bags/boxes/tins, possible distractors), Xs and Os, Stick to It and Go Fish. Each area will have unknown number of hides. Birch and/or Anise and/or Clove.

IMPORTANT!
Do NOT enter the driveway on the north side of the church or you will be driving through a search area. Go to the south end of the block and turn in on Hayes St., then turn left into the parking lot behind the church. We will have signs.
Video: We will try to video all runs and post them so you can access them afterwards. You are welcome to video your own runs if you want to.
Spectators: We will be generous in allowing spectators. We will try to choose interiors that have enough space for a few people to watch each search.
RULES FOR GAMES
Xs and Os
This game is 3-D sniffing! Actually 4-D since we are going to time it. There will be hanging items... and some of them will have odor in them!
Stick to It
Your chance to work on letting your dog search at distance. There will be clearly marked areas near each hide (the hide is somewhere inside the marked area). Once your dog finds a hide in an area you must stay in that circle and send your dog off to find another one. Then you go to that circle and send them again. Obviously the circles will get smaller as the levels go up!
Go Fish
Have you ever tried underwater hides? Here is your chance! There will be multiple containers holding water, and some of them will have odor in them. You and your dog "fish" to find the correct ones!
